We want you to love your Cardoon Studio object. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please find below all details:
Returns

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your products for any reason.

To start a return, email us at team@cardoonstudio.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Return postage & Shipping Costs are only covered by us if your item is faulty or not as described. For all other returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.
Personalised Items

Products that have been personalised, such as those with embroidered initials or hand-painted initials, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 10 days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll also refund your original delivery charge.

If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair or replacement.
International Returns

For returns from outside the UK, please contact us for instructions. You are responsible for return postage and any customs charges unless the item is faulty.

Cardoon Studio will not cover the shipping costs nor the customs.
