Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cardoon Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional 1-2 days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Key-Surfers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Cardoon Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
  • Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your products for any reason.
  • To start a return, email us at team@cardoonstudio.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return postage & Shipping Costs are only covered by us if your item is faulty or not as described. For all other returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.
Personalised Items
  • Products that have been personalised, such as those with embroidered initials or hand-painted initials, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Other Non-Returnable Items
  • For hygiene reasons, throws and blankets are only returnable if faulty.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 10 days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll also refund your original delivery charge.
  • If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.
  • Cardoon Studio will not cover the refund shipping costs
Exchanges
  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • Cardoon Studio will not cover the exchange shipping costs
Faulty Goods
  • If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair or replacement.
International Returns
  • For returns from outside the UK, please contact us for instructions. You are responsible for return postage and any customs charges unless the item is faulty.
  • Cardoon Studio will not cover the shipping costs nor the customs. 
Return postage & Shipping Costs
  • These are only covered by us if your item is faulty or not as described. For all other returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us.
