What trade discount do you offer?

We offer an exclusive trade discount of 15% to 20% off our entire product range for qualified architects, interior designers, and creative studios.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can enjoy your trade discount on any order size, from a single piece to large project quantities.

Who is elegible?

Our trade program is open to architects, interior designers, decorators, and other design professionals. You’ll just need to provide proof of your business or professional credentials during the application process.

How do I apply?

Simply complete our online application form and upload your business credentials. Most applications are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days.

Is shipping included?

We only offer free shipping on UK orders in addition to their trade discount. However, trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

What are the lead times?

Our made-in-the-UK textiles are usually ready to ship within a few days. While we keep many ceramics in stock, certain colourways may take up to 2–3 weeks to dispatch. For specific lead times or urgent requests, please contact us at: team@cardoonstudio.com
